0 RECOMMENDATION AND IMPROVEMENT

The recommendation that we think the Dobi Best should done regarding the first problem
which is iron steam is by installing the low water alarm sensor and directly connect the water hose
to the steam iron water tank. According to our point of view, this is the best solution for the problem
because the workers does not need to refill the water manually into the water tank thus, they can
continue doing their work without worrying about the water level whether it is low or not. Besides,
this solution can save time hence improving the work efficiency.

After that, for the second problem which is the water pump, our recommendation that the
company should done is by installing the water storage tank. We think this is the best solution
compare to the other one because if anything happen such as water disruption which is crucial in
the area or the water pump cannot operate at its best, there will always be backup for water supply
to operate the machine. Moreover, if the such problem occur also the laundry can still operate as
usual hence the customers shirt can be wash and finish in time.
