We have just experienced and ill-fated earthquake disaster last December 15, 2019 which
created a tremendous damages to our economic and social infrastructure facilities.

In this connection, may I request the honorable SB Members to pass a resolution approving
the proposed road rehabilitation located in the Poblacion area mostly damaged by the last
earthquake. Attached is MDC Resolution No.1 in support of this request.

I consider this as urgent matter so please act on this immediately.

Based on the request of the Local Chief Executive, a SPECIAL SESSION is hereby called upon
tomorrow, December 19, 2019, 2:00 P.M. at the Municipal Playground (under the Acacia Tree) to
discuss the following matters:

1. Construction of New PNP Station Building;

2. Construction of New BFP Building;
3. Construction and or Rehabilitation of Public Market Buildings;
4. Rehabilitation of Public Secondary and Elementary Schools;
5. Construction of New Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office;
6. Finalization of the Resolution for the termination of P1.2M at DBP, Digos City Branch; and
7. 2020 Annual Budget.
