BASELINE PROJECT PLAN

1.0 INTRODUCTION
A. PROJECT OVERVIEW
Automated School Performances and Monitoring Payments System is a
system that allows the students and parents to monitor their
performances in school including their grades, attendances and
payments.
The main purpose of this study is to develop a system that will inform,
monitor and notify the parents/guardian of the students the actual
amount paid and their school performances.
Upon the completion of interviewing the offices in-charge in the school
regarding on our system, it has been found that our project design is
technical, social, operational and economical feasible.

B. RECOMMENDATION
 There must be an emergency power supply to make the system
function continuously.
 Accessing the system through mobile app to view student
credentials for better monitoring.
 Use of wider range for scanner for easy scanning.
 Use of QR code instead of RFID to save cost.

2.0 SYSTEM DESCRIPTION

A. SYSTEM DESCRIPTION
The Computer Engineering students proposed an Automated School
Performances and Payment Monitoring System that will help them in a
good number of ways to ease the operation of the existing system of
school fees payment and to monitor the student’s performances. The aim
of this project is to inform, monitor and notify the parents/guardian of the
students’ school performances and the actual amount paid. The new
system will contribute to the efficient management of school fees
payments and school performance records. The system will notify the
parents through SMS the exact time of their log in and precise amount
paid by their children.
3.0 FEASIBILITY ASSESSMENT
A. ECONOMIC ANALYSIS
The ASPMS being developed is economic with respect to the school’s
point of view. It costs effective in the sense that it has eliminated the
paperwork completely. The system is also time effective because the
calculations are automated which are made at the end of the month
or as per the user requirement. The result obtained contains minimum
errors and is highly accurate as the data is required.

B. TECHNICAL ANALYSIS
During the research development of ASPMS, we conclude that the
system is technically feasible because all the technical aspects of the
system are already available presented to the organization throughout
the research.

C. OPERTIONAL ANALYSIS
The ASPMS is social and operational feasible because the system is
designed as a user-friendly system and accordance to the client’s
needs for the effectiveness of the operation and process of delivering
the desired output needed by the client.

D. LEGAL AND CONTRACTUAL ANALYSIS

During the interviewing about this system, it has been found that this is
still legal because we will provide a contract of agreement as stated in
the Data Policy Act of 2012, Section 3 whereas the consent of the data
subject refers to any freely given, specific, informed indication of will,
whereby the data subject agrees to the collection and processing of
personal information about and/or relating to him/her.

E. RESOURCE ANALYSIS
Upon the making of this project, it has been found that the materials
used were feasible in terms of resources. The materials used were
available in the online market.
