 How were they delivered?

 What was the comedian's voice like?

 What was the comedian's posture like?

 Where was the comedian looking?

Keep an eye open for the “bite sized” jokes they tell you can
practice these skills with.
Take notes and write down oneliners and other short jokes
you can start using.
Examples of oneliners I liked:

What is the timing like in the jokes and stories?

What was the setup?

What was the punch line?

How was the punch line delivered?
Were they yelling?

Were they standing still?

What's their timing like?

Is there something that repeats in their routine?

Were there callbacks?

What were the comedic themes in the various stories?

Men vs. women?
Relationship problems?
Current events?
Social structures?
Sex?

Notes on themes:

How were the stories structured?

A great way to learn is to “put yourself in the body” of the
