CRITERIA FOR ELIGIBILITY

A Grade 12 Senior High School student or incoming College freshmen from a duly recognized
school by the Department of Education who meets the following criteria is eligible to apply for
the PCGSFI Educational Assistance.

He / She must:

- Be a legitimate son or daughter of a PCG Non-Officer;


- At least a senior high school graduate / incoming college freshmen;
- Have a final grade of 85% (or its equivalent) in his/her Character
Rating in his/her report card (SY 2017 - 2018);
- Preferably, be in good health and fit to undergo college education.

Recent 2x2 ID picture
NSO Birth Certificate (Photocopy)
Parents’ Marriage Contract (Photocopy)
Certified true copy of report card (SY 2017 - 2018), if already available, otherwise, the latest
grading period report card will suffice (final report card to follow)

SCREENING PROCESS

Only one Qualifying Examination will be administered on April 21, 2018 at 9 a.m. in designated
testing areas, i.e., PCG Districts.
APPLICATION PROCESS

The PCGSFI-EA Application Form and the Application Process and Requirements are not for
sale, maybe photocopied, and may be downloaded through the PCG website. No reservation
fee is required.

Application forms are also available and may be filed at any of following: PCG District, Stations
and submitted online through email address: jssibayan93@yahoo.com. Application forms with
incomplete information will not be processed. Erasures, alternations and insertions must be
initialed by the application.

EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANCE

Semestral stipend – P30,000.00

** The deadline for filing of application is on April 15, 2018


** The date of the examination is on April 21, 2018
