Meeting Minutes
February 19, 2020

The regular meeting of the Toron Merchandise was called to order at 7:30am on February 19, 2020
in the Den’z Café by Serena Williams.

Approval of Agenda
Roronoa Zoro the vice president approved the agenda of the regular meeting of Toron Company.

Approval of Minutes
The minutes of the meeting was approved by the president.

Business from the Previous Meeting

The treasury report: The budget for 2020 has been finalized, and was distributed in this meeting by
Nico Robin on behalf of Tony Tony Chooper. He ran through an itemized list of the line items, with
the president asking the periodically. The motion to accept the revised budget was seconded and
passed.

New Business
Marketing Plan for Extension:
Deferred for next meeting as Trafalgar D. Water Law was not in attendance.

Addition to the Agenda

Nico Robin and Vinsmoke Sanji made a motion that an increase in production in all the braches be
discussed. The president approved and seconded by the Roronoa Zoro, and it was added to the
agenda for the next meeting.

Boa Hancock made a motion suggesting the location of the extension. Dismissed by Serena Williams
the motion, and proposed adding to the next meeting instead. Seconded by Vinsmoke Sanji the
motion.
Adjournment for the Next Meeting
Meeting was adjourned at 9:30 am by Serena Williams. The next general meeting will be at 7:30am
on March 19th , 2020, in Den’z Café.
