RE: Cockroach Problem in the Office

Our company is home to many of our clients who spend a large part of their day here. In
view of this, I believe that we need to make a conscious effort to keep the office clean
and organized at all times.

I have recently found out that our building has been infested with cockroaches. Even
though the offices are cleaned everyday, it can still seem dirty at times. Despite the
building being fumigated, we should not take the risk of having this incident reoccur. It is
suspected that cockroaches may have originated at the lunchroom.

Cleanliness may be the duty of the cleaning staff, but we have to recognize our
responsibility for a clean and sanitized environment. I request everyone to clean up after
using the lunchroom. Please understand your responsibilities for the cleanliness of the
office, which will be resulted in the fast growth of our company.
