PRIMENA
Zavarene cevi su namenjene za izradu
odre|enih deonica cevovoda za transport fluida
pod odre|enim pritiskom.
IZVO\ENJE
Cevi izra|ujemo podu`nim zavarivanjem
du`ine do max 6 (m) u zavisnosti od {irine table
lima od koga se savija cev. Popre~nim zavarivanjem
ovih cevi dobijaju se cevi u du`inama pogodnim za
transport. Cevi izra|ujemo za radne pritiske NP
2,5, NP 6, NP 10 i NP 16 (bar), a za nazivne
pre~nika DN 300 do 2000 (mm). Za radne pritiske
NP 25 (bar) izra|ujemo cevi nazivnog pre~nika DN
300 do DN 1000 (mm), a za radne pritiske NP 40
(bar) od DN 300 do DN 600 (mm).
MATERIJAL
Cevi izra|ujemo od ^.0361 ili nekog
drugog ~elika sli~nih osobina za radne temperature
do 120 (°C). Za temperature iznad 120 (°C)
primenjujemo druge ~elike odgovaraju}e ~vrsto}e.
NARU^IVANJE
Naru~ivanje se vr{i opisno kao {to je dato
u op{tim napomenama ili popunjavanjem upitnog
lista.
APPLICATION
Welded pipes are intended for fabrication
of certain pipeline parts for pressurized fluids
conveying.
FABRICATION
The pipes are fabricated by longitudinal
welding of lengths up to 2 m, depending on the
sheet width used for pipe bending. By transverse
welding of these tubes, we get the pipes of the
lengths, suitable for conveying. The pipes are
produced for operating pressures NP 2.5, NP 6, NP
10, and NP 16 (bar), and for nominal diameters DN
300 to DN 2000 (mm). For operating pressures of
NP 25 (bar) we produce pipes of nominal diameter
DN 300 to DN 1000 (mm) and for operating
pressures of NP 40(bar), of DN 300 to 600 (mm).
MATERIAL
The pipes are made of ^.0361 or some
other type of steel, having similar characteristics
for operating temperatures up to 120 (°C). For the
temperatures above 120 (°C), other types of
corresponding hardness steels are applied.
