How to ENROLL to THE SWIM ACADEMY PH

(12 weeks Program)


1. Deposit Payment to Account details:

Initial Cash Payment Php 6,000
Another Requirement Post Dated Cheque
Regular Enrollment (12 weeks Program): Sept 9 – Nov 30, 2019

2. Once payment is made kindly complete your enrollment details in our site
( http://theswimacademyph.com/enroll/ ) then attach your deposit slip/payment
confirmation at the bottom of the enrollment page. (Note: schedule depends on the
availability of the slot)

3. Once you have completed your details online kindly bring the following cheque
requirements on your first day of class.

Note: For ACE venue incase that Ultra will close for renovation each will just pay for the
pool fees.

4. Orientation - A PDF file of the orientation will be sent to you for your reference and
review.

5. Confirmation email will be sent as soon as documents are verified.
