RULES AND REGULATION

1. By accepting this form the holder agrees to hold JMB Unipark Condominium free from all liability
claims in case of injury, damages or accident or loss of property, damage of property, personal
effect whilst they are on the condominium premises. The bearer must adhere to the House
Rules of Unipark Condominium and other rules and regulations.

2. The vehicle is strictly permitted to park at the designated visitor parking bay or in front of the
shop lot. A FEES OF RM50 WILL BE IMPOSE TO RE-OPEN THE CLAMP FOR VEHICLE THAT HAS
FOUND INDISCRIMINATELY PARKED WITHIN THE COMMON AREA AND/OR NON-DESIGNATED
VEHICLE PARKING BAY AND WITHOUT PERMISSION FROM THE MANAGEMENT.
