Manufacturing Procedure:
1. Mix ingredients of phase A one after the other and heat up to 80°C under medium stirring until a clear
solution is obtained.
2. Start to cool down under medium stirring and stir until a turbid oil solution results.
3. Add phase B below 45°C. Homogenize for 1 min. using an Ultra-Turrax.
4. Leave untouched until it is a homogeneous gel.

Specification Values:
Appearance: Light beige oil gel
Viscosity (Brookfield: TF: Speed 2,5 rpm): 400000 - 500000 mPas

Stability: More than 3 months stable at 20°C, 40°C and 4°C.

Microbiological Stability: Proven.
