Possible risks:

 Trip hazards (leads, tri-pods)

 Lights being overheated
 Equipment becoming overused
 Electric shocks
 Smashed glass

How to avoid risks:

 Tape down any leads and make sure that people watch their step
 Do not move lights after/during use. Turn off when not in use
 Turn it off or put in sleep mode when not in use
 Make sure no one has drinks near electronics & don’t touch open wired leads
 Make sure the room is clean before bringing in equipment & no one brings glass in
