Embassy Suites Sign up now for the opportunity to present your
Ontario Airport new items and upcoming programs to the DPI

and Independent Sales Representatives.
There will be two sessions:
Morning 8:00 a.m. - 11:20 a.m.
Set up 7:00 a.m.
Vendors will be assigned a table and given a
Afternoon 12:40 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. pre-assigned meeting schedule with our sales
Set up at 12:00 p.m. team. DPI Staff will participate in both sessions.

Cancellation Policy: No refund will be given for cancellations made within 30 days of the Table Top

To book a Hotel Room at Embassy Suites call 1-909-605-0281. Reservations made prior to January 27, 2020, will
recieve our special room rate of $164 per night. Must declare you are with the DPI Event at the time you book.
Table Top Meetings at DPI West
Opportunity for vendors to introduce New Brands, New Items or New Promotional Programs
Meet with 12 DPI West Personnel/Account Executives/Independent Sales Reps for 15 minute meetings
A list of DPI West Personnel/Account Executives/Independent Sales Reps will be sent to you 4 weeks prior to
make meeting selections
All New or Future Vendors will be scheduled with our DPI Procurement and National Vendor Relations team
Each vendor will be at a 6‐foot table (supplied w/black table cloth) and 2 chairs (limit 2 people per table)
You are encouraged to bring your broker if you have one (please list broker name on registration)
DPI West Personnel/Account Executives/Independent Sales Rep’s will move around to each vendor’s table
according to their schedule
Vendors will remain at table for the duration of all meetings (one 20‐minute break)
We have 2 sessions. Morning Session 8:00 AM to 11:20 AM (7:00 AM Set‐Up) and Afternoon Session 12:40 to
4:00 PM (12:00 PM Set‐Up). You must select one session on registration
You can bring your own samples, pull from current inventory or have them shipped to our warehouse (we will
have a truck deliver product to hotel). Any additional samples can be placed in foyer for DPI Personnel
All items must fit on or under your table. (large banners or displays are not allowed)
Electricity is available upon request, please email at registration and provide your own extension cord
Bring sell sheets, business cards and all supplies you need to sample product (napkins, paper plates etc.)
Embassy Suites Hotel in Ontario CA is our meeting site and a few miles away from Ontario Airport (Discount
room rates only offered during dates listed on registration)
