From the Desk of Andy Crowder

Over the years, I learned that there are 5 types of traders:

1. Buy and Hold

2. Day Traders
3. Swing Traders or Momentum Traders
4. Options Traders
5. Passive Investors

Until last year, that’s all I knew.

And then…

I discovered a new type of trading:

“Overnight Trading”

Here’s the best part...

When you become an Overnight Trader, you can make HUGE gains...

With 87% LESS RISK!

Plus, you’ll only trade during very specific trading windows.

With these trading windows, you’ll only trade 1 of every 10 days... for less than 10
minutes per day...

Giving you nearly unlimited time and freedom...

To spend time with your spouse, kids or grandchildren...

Spend time fishing, golfing, playing cards or reading...

2
Or giving you that extra time at the office... or anything else you want!

What Exactly Is an
Overnight Trader?
It may sound like a crazy idea, but overnight traders ONLY make quick 1-day
trades.

You literally ENTER a trade in the final 1-hour of the trading day...

And you EXIT that trade before 10:30am the next day!

Every trade is less than 24-hours – so you avoid long-term market exposure...
Geopolitical risks...

And even individual company risks!

You see, I only make these trades during a select time of the year.

Every 3 months, a Trading Window opens up, creating a tremendous trading

opportunity.

It’s literally like KNOWING exactly when there’s going to be major news – before
the news release is sent out.

3
So, what are these Trading Windows?
Trading windows occur during Earnings Season, when companies report their
quarterly financial results.

Typical trading windows are:

 Q1: Apr. 15 – May 15

 Q2: July 15 – Aug. 15
 Q3: Oct. 15 – Nov. 15
 Q4: Jan. 15 – Feb. 15

When most investors hear about “Earnings Season,” they typically think about
trading stocks.

They try to predict whether a stock’s earnings will meet, beat, or miss estimates.

Then, they make an educated guess on whether the stock price will rise or fall after
the announcement.

And usually, they guess wrong.

But as you’ll discover, there’s a much easier...

Less risky...

And far more profitable way to make money…

4
Overnight Trading
Everything is better when you become an “Overnight Trader.”

You don’t care about actual earnings results...

You don’t care about the actual company...

You don’t read SEC 10-Q filings...

You don’t listen to conference calls...

You don’t read press releases...

And the LAST thing you do...

Is try to predict what will happen after a company reports earnings.

Overnight Traders don’t even care what happens to the stock price.

Instead of trading based on share price movement...

5
Overnight traders do something entirely different.

Here’s where we make money!

During every trading window, this happens like clockwork.

6
For example,

Netflix (NFLX)

Amazon (AMZN)

Walmart (WMT)

7
But what exactly are these charts showing? It’s something called “Implied
Volatility.”

Basically, Implied Volatility measures the potential movement of a stock’s price.

You see, volatility increases right before a company reports earnings. And then
drops off a cliff once earnings are announced.

It’s like clockwork.

It’s 100% predictable.

And best of all, you can capture all of the profits from the rise and fall of
volatility in a simple options trade!

We execute our overnight trades in 3 simple steps:

Step 1: Enter a simple options trade between 12pm – 3pm ET

Step 2: Keep that trade open overnight.
Step 3: Close out the trade by 10:30am the following day.

Most trades are kept OPEN for just 19-hours!

When you see how profitable and low risk these trades actually are...

It 100% makes sense.

8
Would you rather trade here and make less money…

Or trade HERE and make more money?

9
Learn how to make these Overnight Trades…
and Much More!
I’m hosting a free online briefing to show you the details of an amazing trading
opportunity. It beats the pants off of buying and selling stocks.

Recently:

 Netflix stockholders lost 1.3%. My strategy gained 50%

 Amazon stockholders lost 3.2%. My strategy pulled in 40%

I used this same strategy with Nvidia, Starbucks and other popular stocks too.

Almost all of these trades close out in less than one day!

I even have a trading system that works for red-hot marijuana stocks:

 Recently, GW Pharmaceuticals stock gained 13.9%. My system gained

52.5%
 Cara Therapeutics rose 63.6%. My system pulled in 124%
