My name is Arvin F. Villodres and I am a graduate student at the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng
Marikina. For my Master's Thesis, I am examining the Social Entrepreneurship Intentions of
Filipino Tertiary Students to propose a comprehensive Social Entrepreneurship program.
Because you are a student from one of the most distinguished colleges and universities in the
Philippines, I am inviting you to participate in this research study by completing this survey.

This survey will require approximately 10 - 15 minutes to complete. There is no compensation

for responding nor is there any known risk. To ensure that all information will remain
