COMPROMISE AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Agreement entered this 5th day of September 2019 by and

between:

RHEA SAYCO, of legal age, married and residing at Capitol Hills

Barangay Alibagu, City of Ilagan, Isabela, hereinafter referred to as
the FIRST PARTY

-and-

MARIE JOY MARAMAG, of legal age, single and a resident of Old

Palengke Calamagui 1st, City of Ilagan, Isabela, hereinafter referred
to as the SECOND PARTY

WITNESSETH:

WHEREAS, the parties desire to provide for a complete

settlement of the issues pertaining to their respective rights and
obligations;

WHEREAS, each parties acknowledges their personal

obligations as parties and, by these presents, each hereby
undertakes to render the performance of these obligations with each
other and comply with his or her duties as a party;

NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the promises

and dispositions made in this agreement, the parties hereto have
agreed as follows:

I. PAYMENT

That the Second Party acknowledges that she is indebted to the

First Party in the amount of THREE THOUSAND PESOS (3, 000.00);

That the Second Party promises to pay the aforesaid amount

starting October 15, 2019 until February 15, 2019 or within five (5)
months. Further, all payments shall be given every 15th and 30th day
of every month. Said payments shall be given personally by the
Second Party or her representative to the First Party.

That in case the Second Party shall fail to pay the First Party,
an additional One Hundred Pesos (P 100.00) will be added to her
monthly obligation as a form of interest.
 That upon full payment of the aforesaid amount by the Second
Party, herein First Party shall release the former from any civil
liability.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto affixed our

respective signatures on the date and place hereinabove mentioned.
