1. Who is the organizer of the activity?

The activity is organized by Green Media Events. Accenture was invited to join the
activity.

ALL ACCENTURE EMPLOYEES are entitled to a 10% discount. Should the Accenture
employee wish to register his/her family and/or friends, they too are entitled to the
10% discount.

The discounts may be availed by registering in any of the Accenture locations’ on-site
registration sites (will be discussed in #4), Garmin stores, and via the online registration.

4. How do I register and where do I pay?

For on-site registration (in any of the Accenture locations), be guided by the schedule

During the on-site registration, cash payment should be made as race kits are
distributed that same day.

The other option is the ONLINE registration and payment will be via bank deposit or online bank

For online registrants, race kits may be claimed during the on-site registration schedule as
shown above, or from the Garmin stores, or during the event itself – May 5, 2019.

An Accenture employee can claim on behalf of his/her colleague by providing a copy of

the authorization letter, and a photocopy of the Accenture IDs of both the original owner
and the one claiming the kit. It is the claimant’s responsibility to check the kit.

For all those who will avail of the bundle package, i.e., all the 4 events (Fire, Water, Air,
and Earth), the limited edition of the token may be availed for free.

REMINDERS:

1. Though this may not be an Accenture-sponsored activity, it is highly encouraged that

we adhere to Accenture decorum and policies relating to off-site activities.
2. All Accenture runners running a distance of 10 kms. or more, are required to have a
“fit to run” medical certificate provided by their own doctors, to be presented to the
Corporate Citizenship representatives prior to running.
3. Make sure to bring your kits on the day of the event.
4. It is best to bring water bottles instead of bottled water.
5. You are cordially invited to do plogging (picking up litter during the run).
6. On May 5, 2019, day of the event, register with your eid at the Accenture booth (to
properly tag volunteering hours under Corporate Citizenship); and, also sign the
waiver form.
