I realized that the teacher has a big responsibility upon guiding their
students. If you taught them lesson which do not fit on the competencies or
to the lesson prior to the learning guide, it would be a big disaster. The
teacher is an agent of change who will impart knowledge, who leads the
students, who enhance and develop their capabilities and skills. It is my
mission to make better individuals who are globally competitive and who
respects his country, and his/her fellowmen’s culture.

So I need to make thing possible and do what is right. Do things that will
help my learners and their future. I will put on reality what I can do to
help them succeed in their life and who are God-fearing individual and
globally competitive with a heart who knows how to respects one another.

Establishing classroom routines is important


because it leads to teaching learning process into a smooth transition
and systematic conduct of the lesson. It helps in achieving almost
everything that is planned; it serves as a guide in controlling and managing
deviant behavior. Following a regular procedure make pupils and teachers
feel secure since they know every step in the procedure.
My Reflection/My Insights

If I already have my own class in the future, I want


to employ a good classroom routines which will be
followed and used for the whole school year. This
would be a very big help to the teacher as well as to
the students, for this would serve as a guide and an
outline as part of his learning plan. This would make
his/her class enjoyable and make his/her student
actively participating during the class they have.

So that in the long run…

In other classes, they sing songs for transition purposes; in passing papers… in
transferring to other classes and the like…

My pupils were able to produced quality and meaningful outputs. Each


group has presented the lesson learned. Their creativity in
conceptualizing has been tested. On their presentation, I had noticed
also they have their own technique of presenting their finals output on
how to capture the attention of their audience.
