Writing this incident report on behalf of PMX TRADING AND TECHNICAL SERVICES which occurs last
December 22, 2019 of Bread of Life Event at SMX Aura.
That according to our “on call CREW” Mr. Melvin Blanco, He saw a paper bag with shoes inside it at
one of the table in the venue, he then immediately get it and plan to return to whoever owns it or
someone in the area but unfortunately there was no one around. So he then leave it on a vacant room
on the said venue, but when he returns to the room the said Paper Bag is no longer there.

Upon our investigation and further question to him He said and confirm that HE DID’NT know the
person that is seen on the CCTV who gets/holding the said paper bag.
