RE: FINAL NOTICE OF DEMAND

Dear Mr. Camacho,

As of today, we have not received any answer of the demands made by Maine City Holding
Corporation (MCHC). You have been requested through two (2) demand letters dated
September 7, 2019 and August 26, 2019 to comply to all your unauthorized and questionable
transactions with respect to the project of MCHC located at St. Rose Homes Phase II, Brgy
Camacho, but failed to submit any.

In view of the foregoing, may we require that you submit the following to MCHC within five (5)
days from receipt thereof, to wit:

1. Sixty (60) Transfer Certificate of Titles (TCT)

2. Purchase Agreement of twenty-six (26) clients – See Annex “A” of Sales Report Inventory
involving said clients
3. Computation/Schedule of Payment of twenty-six (26) clients
4. Collection Report of twenty-six (26) clients with the following details:

a. Full Down Payment

b. Pag-Ibig/HDMF loan proceeds
c. In-House Payment

5. Building Permits of Sold Houses, if any.

This is your final notice. Should you fail to comply with our demands, we shall be constrained
to pursue legal action by filing both CRIMINAL and CIVIL case/s against you.
