Investment Details

We are happy to quote a special fee of 1500/- Dirhams per participant for a minimum guarantee
of 20 participants. Beyond 20 participants the fee will be 1200 Dirhams per participant. Please
note we will not be charging any per participant fee for guest from media or any other guest you
will be inviting for the program (limited to 5 such people).

Please note this is a very special fee offered only for the first open program.

Please note,

1) We will distribute Mr. Patel’s book “Ordinary to Extra Ordinary” which is a National Best
Seller to all the participants. Normally, we offer the book autographed by Mr. Patel at Rs. 350/-
per book but for this program, as a gesture of good will we are happy to offer the same at no
additional cost.
2) At the end of the program, all the participants will be given an Ecole Solitaire Certificate of
Participation.

Other Investment Details: (Wherein all venue and infrastructural arrangements are to be made
and expenses borne by the organization.)

Option 1
1. Business class air tickets from Pune to Mumbai and from Mumbai to Dubai and back.
2. All lodging and boarding in a five star hotel and other miscellaneous expenses.
3. Pick up and drop from airport to place of stay and back and local conveyance from the
place of stay to the venue and back.
4. VISA and Travel Insurance.
5. International Travel & Medical Insurance.

Option 2:

Own arrangement fee of 3,500 Dirhams, wherein we will take care of the Air tickets and
Lodging and boarding, and you will have to arrange for the following:
1. Visa and Insurance
2. Pick up and Drop from airport
3. Local conveyance from the place of stay to the venue and back.

Kindly make the following arrangements would be required to conduct the Program in a
conference hall of a 5 Star

1.) Screen.
2.) Laptop.
3.) LCD projector.
4.) Collar Mike for Mr. Patel.
5.) 2 Wireless hand-held mikes for the Participants.
6.) A high quality Audio and Video System.
7.) 1 mineral water bottle room temperature on the stage near the podium.
8.) Stationary for Participants.
