C. Development Activities
a. Motivation
We are going to play “Charades”, I will group you into two (2). This is the mechanics of our
game. Choose a representative from your group to go in front and pick the mystery word from the
box. He/she will act it out and his member will try to guess it. Each correct answer is equivalent to
one point. The group who will have the highest number of points within 2 minutes will be declared
as winner.
b. Presentation:
Do you have favorite cartoon character?
Who is your favorite cartoon character?
I also have here my favorite cartoon characters.
Do you want to meet them?
Their names are Phineas and Ferb.
Would you like to hear a story about Phineas and Ferb?

“The Outer Space Adventure of Phineas and Ferb”


One day, while they were sitting in the yard Phineas and Ferb had a strange idea. They
planned to make a big rocket, which they would be using to go to the moon. When they finally got to the
moon, their excitement brought them to jump vigorously. Phineas and Ferb had a great time playing in
outer space. They sang a lullaby, they danced energetically and they run all over the different regions of
the moon. The two boys had wonderful experience playing together. That’s why Phineas and Ferb felt
tired. At that point, they decided to go back to their house and take a rest.
