Assistant sales Manager:
To On board new accounts (corporate/travel agent) by pitching OYO's value proposition to the right stakeholders
To Build relationship and do account management with corporate and travel agent accounts through regular meetings/calls
Drive bookings from corporate/TA accounts, and extract highest share of wallet

To Make bookings as per client requirement through App (e.g., sharing quotations/options, creating bookings). Handle client’s escalations,

Managing customer escalation on daily basis related rooms services and other problems.
To Provide end to end support to reduce the churn rate
Sr Operations Manager:
Managing Key Enterprise Accounts for PRM product in MM market and clinics
New sales, cross-selling & up-selling of Doctalk products to existing clients. Pre-sales activities for All accounts.
Data Analysis/Reports/Presentations to Client Management on Process optimization, Patient experience/retention, acquisition channels
and resource utilization (staff, doctors, machines).
Managing client inventory on Doctalk channels (Web, App) and ensuring revenue share for Doctalk from chat web application.
Increased online traffic 2-8% M/M for clients by guiding them in digital marketing, advertisements, content excellence and social media
Making sure that all the pre-launch activities are complete in all respects before the product launch to Managing North India MM
