Inversions - the easy way

Improve the way you invert with the FeetUp® Trainer. Enjoy your inversions in a new fun and easy way.
Originally developed to help absolute beginners to do a safe inversion, with no compression on the
spine, the FeetUp® Trainers are now being used in hundreds of different ways. This is just a guide and
should be used under the guidance of a trained yoga professional. Be careful and have fun!

How to put your feet up - for beginners

Your FeetUp® Trainer stands at a wall. Place your head into the FeetUp® and
rest the shoulders on the cushion. Relax your head. Raise the hips up and
walk the feet forward. Push into your hands and lift up the hips. Knees stay
close to the chest. Find your balance first, then lift up both legs.
Stay inverted for a few seconds. Come back down slowly.
If it feels good - try again!

Only use the feetup® trainer in front of a firm wall

! Read disclaimer at the end of this guide before you start practicing !
