This is reference to your application for employment and your subsequent interview you had
with us.
We are pleased to offer you the position of SUPERVISOR, with the salary package of

Rs.18,780/ (gross per month including PF, ESI, and Gratuity). You can join us after your processing
will be completed.

The details of your compensation stricter are given below.

Your duty timing will be 10am-6pm on weekdays. Sunday & National holidays there will
be fixed off. You can avail 35 extra leaves (including CL, PL etc.) in one calendar year.
There will be annual increment facility of 10-20% on basic salary, depending on the
performance. You can pursue your career with us up to the retirement age of 60years. You
will undergo through on-job-training with a stipend facility for the period of minimum
three months as decided by the company.

to us. To help complete joining formalities we request you to carry your all original documents
for verification along with their photocopies on the date of joining. The documents required
are as under:

• Five passport size photographs.

• Proof of Age
• Proof of Educational Qualification
• Experience Certificate and relative letters.
• Proof of salary
• Proof of present & permanent address
• Copy of Driving license or Election ID Card.
• Charges 31k ( refundable with first month salary 50%) + tax and vat.

On your joining & completing the required formalities you shall be issued the formal
Appointment Letter & the Money Receipt from the employers at your mailing address or
else you can collect it from your employer’s office, as per the permission given by your agency.
