About the Report

Global Solar PV O&M 2017-2022

Markets, Services and Competitors
The total addressable market for solar PV operations and maintenance (O&M) is expected to reach 395 GW worldwide by the end
of 2017. It will more than double by 2022 to exceed 900 GW worldwide, driven predominantly by China, the U.S., India, and Japan.
In young solar markets, O&M is often coupled with EPC and performed by the same vendors, but in just a few years O&M becomes
a separate market with its own landscape, trends, and dynamics. In mature PV markets with a large installed base and a low
volume in installations, O&M revenue can even exceed development and construction revenue.

GTM Research and SOLICHAMBA have partnered to release the 2017 edition of the solar industry’s only comprehensive analysis on
global solar PV O&M services, markets, and competitors. While previous editions were limited to megawatt-scale PV plants, the all-
new 2017 version covers all PV system sizes from residential to utility-scale.

This comprehensive 210-slide report, accompanied by supporting Excel data sets, analyzes global markets and competitive
landscapes for PV O&M, including 128 vendors that account for 76 GW of monitored PV capacity in operation.
