1. No one-time plan charges will be applicable till 31st December 2016.

2. Upto 4 GB* 4G LTE data free every day, all local and STD voice/video calls** and SMS in home and
national roaming (maximum 100 SMS per day) free till 31st December 2016***.
3. Free subscription of Jio apps, viz., JioTV, JioCinema, JioMusic, JioMags, JioNewspaper, JioCloud (upto
5GB free storage) and Jio Security till 31st December 2016

* Post expiry of the daily limit of 4GB 4G LTE data, unlimited data free at reduced speed of 128Kbps
9 Special benefits, if any

** In case of misuse/ fraudulent use, RJIL reserves the right to restrict/withdraw the same.

*** The subscribers will have to do a zero value online recharge periodically to continue availing the

special benefits up to 31 December 2016.
Note: The above special benefits are available only on one SIM per LTE compatible handset. These
special benefits will not be available for subsequent SIMs availed by the same subscriber or by another
subscriber using the same LTE compatible handset.

Terms and Conditions:

1. The base plan is the default tariff plan made available with the Start Up Kit. The Start Up Kit is priced at Rs.10/-(inclusive of all taxes)

2. The special benefits under the above plans are available in the market only till 31 December 2016 and both the availability of the special benefits and the validity of the
special benefits will end on 31st December 2016 or as extended at the Company’s discretion. Post this date the tariff as per the opted plan will be applicable.

3. RJIL reserves the right to amend/extend/withdraw the special benefits for new customers from the market at any time prior to 31st December 2016 at its own discretion,
with due intimation to the Authority. RJIL will ensure that, in compliance with TTO, all the existing customers as on the date of such amendment/extension/withdrawal shall
continue to enjoy the special benefits till 31st December 2016.
4.RJIL reserves the right to amend/extend the special benefits for the existing customers beyond 31st December 2016, in case they are not able to get adequate experience
of seamless connectivity across network due to POI congestion with due intimation to the Authority.

5. The data used by the consumers for Jio applications and other content available on internet would be uniformly debited against plan data allocation.

6. The account validity will be automatically extended however the mobile connection will be deactivated if there is no voice/video call (outgoing or incoming) or an
outgoing SMS or a data session (upload or download) or usage of Value Added Services, for a continuous period of 90 days and in case the main account balance is less than
Rs.20 at the discretion of RJIL. Upon deactivation, all account balances will be forfeited and a grace period of 15 days will be provided within which the subscriber can retain
the deactivated number by paying a fee of Rs.20. If the subscriber main account balance is Rs.20 or more, a number retention charge of Rs.20 will be automatically deducted
and the non-usage period will be extended by 30 days.

7. The Prepaid tariff plans can only be availed by customer’s possessing a LTE compatible handset.

8. The subscribers can start availing the above Plan Vouchers with effect from 5th September 2016.
