Questions page.

Click the Contracts Terms Library


Administrator link.
2. Click the Questions link.
3. In Oracle Contracts, you can define
questions that drive both clause
selection and policy deviation rules.
You can also define the response
type that is appropriate for different
questions.

Use the Questions page to search


for an existing question or create a
new one.

6. Click in the Name field.
7. The name must be unique for a
given intent and across all operating
units.

Enter the desired information into


the Name field. Enter a valid value
e.g. "Audit_Question".
8. Click in the Description field.

10. Click in the Question Prompt field.
11. In the Question Prompt field, enter
the question you want to appear at
run time for the users to respond.

12. Click the Response Type list.

13. Select a Response Type from the


list of values.
• Yes and No: At run time, this
response appears as a drop-down list
with two values, Yes and No.
• List of Values: This option
provides an enumerated list of
values as its response.
• Numeric: The response is a
numeric value provided at run time.
14. Click the Yes or No list item.

15. Click the Apply button.


16. You have successfully created a
question.
