Templates page.

Click the Contracts Terms Library


Administrator link.
2. Click the Contracts link.
3. Click the Contract Terms Library
link.
4. Click the Contract Templates link.
5. Oracle Contracts enables you to
define a standard set of templates to
easily bring in terms and conditions
for contracts that are authored by
your company.

Use the Contract Templates page


to create templates that include both
clauses and deliverables. These
templates can then be used to add
clauses and deliverables to a
contract.

27. • Prior to Due Date: If you enable
this option, you must specify the
positive number of days, weeks, or
months before the due date the
notification should be sent.
• Status Change: A notification is
sent for any status change of the
deliverable.
• Deliverable is Overdue: A
notification is sent when the due
date of the deliverable has passed.
• Escalate after Due Date: If you
enable this notification, you must
specify the Escalation Contact, and
the number of days, weeks, or
months until the escalation should
occur.
28. Click the Status Change option.

29. Click the Relative Date option.

30. Click the Event list.

31. Click the Auction Opened list item.

32. Click in the Period field.

clicking the last Attribute Group tab
and click the Create button.
2. Provide the values for Internal
Name and Display Name.
3. Click the Apply and Add
Attributes button.
4. Provide the values for Internal
Name and Sequence, Data Type for
Attribute.
5. Repeat step 4 for each attribute in
the attribute group.

38. To use the Create or Update
Attribute template and associate
attribute groups, perform the
following steps:
1. Search for an existing template
for a given deliverable category or
create a template.
2. In the Create or Update Template
page, enter the deliverable category
and start dates.
3. Click Add Deliverable Usages.
4. Based on your requirements, add
required attribute groups to the
deliverable types.
39. View the confirmation message that
the document has been saved.

Note that the new status of the


document is Draft.
40. You have successfully created
deliverables.
