BY-LAWS OF THE BRIAR CREEK SPORTSMAN CLUB, Inc.

Burke County, Georgia

Article I- Name

Briar Creek Sportsman Club, Inc.

Article II - Objectives

Objectives of this club shall be:

(a) To provide opportunities for club members and their immediate family to engage in the sport
of hunting and fishing.
(b) To promote hunting and fishing safety.
(c) To encourage the practice of good sportsmanship and compliance with local, state and federal
game laws
(d) To support wildlife conservation programs and to assist wildlife management programs.
(e) To strengthen landowner - hunter cooperation and understanding.
(f) To increase the knowledge and practice of hunting skills, marksmanship and other outdoor
recreation skills that are in harmony with the sport of hunting and fishing.
(g) To cooperate with other organizations which share the objectives stated in paragraphs (a)
through (f).

Article ill - Membership

(a) Any citizen of the United States, 18 years or older, may become a member of th.is organization
as selected by the Board of Directors. Existing members are encouraged to become members
of the National Rifle Association. Membership strength is set by the Board of Directors.

(b) The Board of Directors may select members for Honorary Membership not to exceed ten (10)
honorary members. Honorary members selected after January 1, 2016 may be subject to pay
half of the dues amount as set by the Board of Directors for the current year. This will be
decided by the Board of Directors reflecting the clubs financial position and ability to pay land
leases. Honorary Members have all club privileges including voting rights. Honorary members
may not hold office of the Board of Directors
(c) The Guest policy will be set by the Board of Directors each year. Guests will be allowed upon
the invitation of members. Invited guests of members will pay guests fees as set by the Board of
Directors. All guest will be sponsored by a member while on club property, the member must
be on club property at all times while sponsoring a guest. (4/7/15)
(d) A member's spouse (husband or wife) will have equal membership rights and privileges with
the exception of the right to vote in Club elections and the right to hold office. (Added by vote
