Over the past 3 years, Doric has worked on developing a

tyre material which will work with light windows & doors,
can carry increased loads required by double glazed
units, is kinder to the powder coating and is more material
sacrificial than the aluminium track. The result is the outer
tyre material Ryvelin.

The FIRST tyre in the Doric high performance range is the

DR2 replacing Ryvelin50 (DR71).

The Ryvelin50 incorporates a fully sealed “ZZ”

bearing, so the roller bearing performance matches the
Ryvelin tyre performance.

On a sliding door or window the roller is what operates, it DR71

is the one product which creates the “feel”. If the roller is Tested to and exceeded
substandard the customers will “feel” a poor quality sliding AWA ICP002 standard
unit.

This won’t happen with a Ryvelin50 roller unit.
