3. Buyer and seller sign SPA (SPA will have 2.5% penalty clause for Buyer and Seller)

4. Buyer conducts Dip Test.

PAYMENT

5. Upon successful Dip Test Buyer pays a 100% of the entire product value for the product via TT or Cash.

6. Buyer sends vessel Q88 to Seller

7. Upon confirmation of payment, seller issues co-ordinates for loading
