Left Hand Workout

Some more exercises here to improve your left hand and give it a great
workout.

You can do this on a pad (preferably with no rebound, like a towl or moongel
pad) or at the drums (adding rimshots if you want).

ALL LEFT HAND NOTES (hence no stickings written).
