TERMS & CONDITION

Tan Zhi En, shall referred to as “The Designer”, the Bubble-O referred to as “Client”.

1.0 This quotation is only valid for 45 days from the date stated above.

2.0 Upon starting of the project, a 40% of Advanced Payment of total cost is required,
60% of payment to be divided into 3 months until job completion unless
otherwise specified.

3.0 If Client decided to terminate the project during the progress, all payment
recieved will not be refund.

4.0 All invoices are payable within 14days of reciept. If acccount are not current or
overdue Designers reserves the right to withhold delivery and any transfer
ownership of the project.

5.0 Any major changes to look and feel/ concept/ design/ layout will be considered as
change of brief or design direction. A new quotation will be send for providing
another design, concept and layout based on Client’s new guideline.

6.0 The Designer reserves the right to have the copyrights and ownership of the
rejected presentation. All rejected design should be returned to The Designer
with no expectation.

7.0 The Designer assumes no responsibilityi for any copyright, illustration and
trademark registeration search and will not be liable for any dispute arising
from breach of such rights.

8.0 The client and/or Client’s representative will provide correct and complete
information or materials for the project including text, images and other
information to the Designer in rightful order and format to complete the project
on time.

9.0 The Client will have the responsible to check proofs carefully and proofread
all final designs, type, press proofs and will make all efforts to ensure
accuracy in all respects, ranging from spelling to technical illustration.

10.0 The Project only include Designer’s fees. Any and all outside costs including,
but not limited to, printing fees, stock images purchase and/or third party
hiring, will be billed to Client unless specificially otherwise provided for in
the Quotation.

11.0 Any changes requested by Client that are outside of design scope will be charge
to the Client.

12.0 Project Lead time : 30 - 31 days (1 month)
