I am Dhanush Sivakaminathan and currently a Sophomore double majoring in Computer

Information Systems and Supply Chain Management at Arizona State University. I am writing to
you to discuss my interest in your internship position for Supply Chain for Summer 2020 at
Aerojet Rocketdyne. This job posting was listed on LinkedIn and am a firm believer that I am a
perfect fit for this role. Why this industry? I have always wanted to set my foot forward in an
industry where I know that I can make a difference. The aerospace and defense industry is
needed now more than ever and I would love to be part of the growing company that continues
and thrives to make a greater and safer world for us to live in. The company is focused on
improving the aerospace systems using innovative solutions and coming from ASU that makes
me a target candidate for this role.

Why am I a good fit for this role? Well, my knowledge of IT and Supply Chain will be extremely
worthful in times of versatility and adaptability. The world is changing and moving at a much
faster pace then ever and we must equip and update ourselves to keep up and move ahead of
other companies. I am proficient in Microsoft Excel and this position requires a lot of data
extraction. My other skills include Java, Python, Swift, iWork Suite etc. My versatile set of skills
will allow me to put my best work with the company and my vast skills listed also shows that I
am a quick learner and am excited for new opportunities and experiences.
