AFFIDAVIT OF NO INCOME

I, Cesar De Hitta Villalon Jr., of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of 16 Lincoln
Street, Greenhills San Juan City, after having been duly sworn according to law, hereby depose
and state:
1. That I am the President of CONTEMPORARY ART COLLECTIVE INC., a
corporation duly organized and existing by virtue of the laws of the Republic of the
Philippines, with principal office, at GF Bldg. C. Karrivin Plaza 2316 Chino Roces
Avenue Extension, Magallanes Makati City;

2. That the said corporation was registered in Makati City since October 10, 2019;

3. That to date the business has not been commenced operations on the registered address
since October 2019 as we are no operation;

4. That this affidavit is being executed in order to attest to the truth of the foregoing
circumstances and for the purpose of complying with Business Permit Renewal 2020 in
Makati City.
