Definition of Non-State Actors:


They are the organizations with power who do not belong to a particular
country or certain state. and they can influence at a national and sometimes
international level.

Examples:
1. NGOs
2. MNCs
3. Quakers

Definition of State Actors:


Is a political unit that has power over an specific area and the people within it.

Examples:
1. UN
2. International Atomic Energy Agency
3. World Trade Organization
