(This should include your problems met in the department that needs to be addressed,
or a matter to be discussed to the stockholders. If the problem can be resolved within the
department, this should not be raised. This report should contain challenges perceivable for
5 years. -e.g –because of expansion, what problems will you have in the department?)

D. DEVELOPMENT PLAN (5 years)

(This portion should include your vision of the department and felt needs for the next 5
years. e.g. The department needs the following, a system on accounting etc., work shop
on IT …. any training, or benefits for the department)
