Good day all!

As part of measures to improve and consolidate upon the existing safety measures on site, this
document is hereby complied with guidelines to be implemented as to ensure construction works on site
are executed within optimum safe levels.
The following policies listed below should be STRICTLY followed by all workers and immediately effective
on February 11, 2020.
A. Wearing of tattered jeans, shorts, sleeveless, and alike are prohibited. Hard jeans or cargo pants
and long sleeves/shirts are preferable.
B. Hard Shoes, rubber shoes, safety shoes or boots must be worn during construction work.
C. No using of mobile phones during work hours and earphones for better awareness of the
surroundings.
D. All equipment (light and heavy) should be returned with care temporary storage after work hours.
Management will not accept responsibility for the loss or damage to any equipment.
E. Designate all the vehicles in the parking area.
F. Observe your working hours faithfully. Keep daily time records, and make only true
and correct entries in your time records.
G. Unauthorized persons are not allowed. Guards will also control access to site, and shall monitor
and record who enters and exit from the site including admin workers, subcon workers and
deliveries.
H. Observe proper station of Heavy Equipment.
I. No vehicles are allowed to park on the grass of marketing area. Use the parking area provided.
J. Liquors or any alcoholic beverage are prohibited inside the construction site.
K. All workers should surrender themselves for security check up before leaving the site.
As safety is our main concern to all workers please be guided and discipline ourselves to avoid any
injuries or any worse case scenario. Thank you.
