CLASSIFICATION: Class A – B & C Swim Meet

ELIGIBILITY: Open to all swimmers.

GOVERNING RULES:
1. Meet rules apply.
2. Verification of swimmers’ age.
*Host may ask the team to produce birth certificates.
3. Swimmers who surpass the qualifying time for class B will automatically be
entered in the Class A division.
NOTE: In case the date of Registration on birth certificate is dated more than
one (1) year after the date of birth, swimmer MUST submit the following
additional documentation.
 A. Certification of TRUE AGE from organizer’s appointed dentist or physician
or whichever body the organizer so decides to appoint at the time the
certification may be needed.

NOTE: Organizer is not responsible for expenses incurred from acquiring said
documents. Expenses to be shouldered by the parents/club of the said swimmer.

4. PROTEST/S must be in writing along with a protest fee of

P2,500.00. Protests must be filed within 30 minutes after posting
of the results. If found valid, the protest fee will be returned
by the Protest Committee. Any protest filed beyond the said time
frame will not be entertained. Only the head coach / team manager
may file the protest. The Technical Jury will be composed of five
(5) members.

5. The Team must PAY all the swimmers who are in the
official program of the meet, whether they swim or
Not.

1. All entries must be submitted using the Official Entry Forms. Birth dates
must be indicated in the entry forms. Stair-step relay entries must be
submitted together with individual entries and/or submit it in electronic
