To the members of City Council :

Dear Mr. Mitch O’farrell.

I am very interested in some way to promote our city and to stimulate its
economy. For that reason, I am writing to propose that the city can host the day
of the dead music festival 2018

I understand is that the City Council bases its selection on the following criteria:

Metro and bus Public transport

Parking lot
