Dear Valued Merchant:

As we prepare to migrate our merchants from Bank of the Philippine Islands (“BPI”) platform to
the more robust Global Payments platform, and in the interest of providing uninterrupted BPI
and Global Payments Point-of-Sale service to our mutually valued customer base while
safeguarding the security of our terminals, we would like to request the following:

1. To allow our authorized service providers : Tangent Solutions and Equitable Computer
Services (ECS) to perform terminal installation, swapping, pull-out and perform routine
checking, reprogramming, basic troubleshooting or any POS related maintenance.

2. To allow our BPI-Global Payments Project Merchant Assistant (PMA) to perform

routine test transactions on BPI-Global Payments JV POS terminals installed at your
store. We have a pool of PMAs whose main function is to check on merchants’
concerns and ensure that the terminals are in good working condition.

For security, please always advise the frontline store personnel to ask for proper identification
cards and service call reports from the said parties.
