Our client; a leading Pharmaceuticals Distributor & Dealer seek to recruit a competent person to
fill the positions of an Accounts Assistant and a Stores Clerk in their Finance Department. The
ideal candidates MUST be persons with high levels of integrity, work ethics and team players
ready to work with minimal supervision.
The Accounts Assistant position requires a person that is eager to learn and contribute to the
continuing growth and development of the business. Key responsibilities she/he will be
accountable for include but are not limited to the following:
Reporting Lines
The Accounts Assistant reports to the Company’s Finance and Administration Officer.
a) The ideal candidate MUST have completed CPA Level 2. Two years’ experience in an
accounting environment especially in Fast Moving Goods Environment will be an added advantage.
b) Proficiency in using Accounting Software’s like Tally, Quick Books and Office packages like
Word, Excel is a must
Position Description: Stores Clerk
The Stores Clerk position requires a person that must be eager to learn and contribute to the
continuing growth and development of the business. The position holder will be accountable for
stock management. Key responsibilities She/he will be accountable for include but are not limited
to the following:
a. Plan and performs work that involves ordering, receiving, inspecting, returning, shelving
and packing of stock items.
b. Keep records to maintain inventory control, cost containment and to assure proper stock
levels and minimize stock expiries.
c. Performs regular stock reconciliations of physical stocks to ERP
d. Inspect incoming stock items for damages or defects and goes through the proper
channels to have the stock returned.
e. Ensure that all stock items are properly labeled for identification purposes.
f. Ensure cleanliness of all storage facilities including restriction of access by unauthorized
persons.

The Stores Clerk reports to the Company’s Finance and Administration Officer.
a) The ideal candidate must have completed CPA Level 2. Two years of experience in
storekeeping, inventory control, and record keeping will be an added advantage.
b) Proficiency in using Accounting Software’s like Tally, Quick Books and Office packages like
Word, Excel is a must
