Background of Poblacion Tampakan
Tampakan was derived from the word” Tamfaken” a native languange of B’laan
which means “spring”. The word was misunderstood by the settlers as the name of
the place. As the year passed” Tamfaken” was changed to Tampakan.
Tampakan was grown into a progressive Municipality.

Problem of Barangay Poblacion

Actually our barangay has a lot of problem issue but there is one problem which is
still exist right now which is the term “sukarap”this group of people, most of them are
minor or even students who used to “bulakbol”not going to class always loitering
everywhere doing something wrong.

Objectives:
 to decrease the population of “sukarap” people
 to engegage them to educational and sports program;
 give them a seminar together with thier parents regarding to this
problem issue.
Significance
The benefeciary of this project proposal are those people who are involve of the
group” sukarap”which needs help in order for them to be a good student,citizen and
a role model of this barangay. This project proposal is very essential because as we
observe now a days there are a lot of people specially minor children who are
involve in this problem issue happen in our Barangay which is the Poblacion
Tampakan.
Discription of Project
The solution of this problem for them to avoid this kind of staff, I as a student and a
good role model of our Barangay i would like to engaged them to educational
program which helps them to attain a good attitude and a responsible person and i
also engaged them to sports so that they can avoid to do wrong which is not healthy
to the biodiversity of Poblacion Tampakan through this solutions it will decrease the
population of “Sukarap” people in our Barangay.

Person’s Involve
The Person’s involve in this Project Proposal are first the children’s who are
encounter this kind of situation second their parents who guides them and lastly the
barangay officials and the police enforcer who are there to guide and to protect the
biodeversity of our barangay.
Budget and Source of Income
The budget and the Source of Income for my project proposal and for the
activity that i’ve proposed , in that case I’m still student so i can’t afford for the budget
so in that situation i’m asking for the assisstance to the Municipal Government of our
Barangay to Assist me in Financial needs for the program of my project proposal
which is very essential because this is for the common good of those children who
are facing this kind of problem and through this they would be able to grow up and
be a good citezen of our Barangay.

St Application
My Project Proposal was needed a Science and Technology Application. I
want to proposed to them that they shoukd put cctv cameras for them to monitor the
sitution and through that it will be lessen the population of “sukarap” people who are
used to have “riot” everywhere and through this st application the biodiversity of our
barangay would be peaceful and progressive.
