procedures.

At the end of the lesson students should be able to:

b. identify the five basic workplace hazards;
c. perform on how to control hazards and risks;
d. recognize the importance on how to prevent hazards and risks.

students will perform a charade and discuss to
the class how to prevent the risk. Instruct
students that they can use things that they have
in their bags or in the classroom. Each group will
be given 2 minutes to perform and 3 minutes to
discuss their charade.

IV. EVALUATION
Identify the following pictures according to their corresponding group such as chemical hazards,
physical hazards, biological hazards, ergonomic hazards, and psychological hazards. Write your
answer on a ¼ sheet of paper (2 points each).
