Check that the isolator is working correctly
Check the bus bar & wheel track up to Red safety barrier - clean & hoover out
Check all reflective strips for damage and clean
Check rubber buffer stops
Check red NO ACCESS bars are secure & not damaged
Check the main drive belt condition & tension to 470 NM
Check signage

EBG:
Check operation listen for adverse noise
Check the guide wheels and running wheels for condition and security
Check handles for condition and security

Check the drive motor (Motor 1), coupling and fixings

Check the drive wheel shaft for damage and security
Check the bearings e.g. omega drive

Check the condition of the current collectors

Check Inter roller (Motor 5) & power supply cable

Check link belts and rollers

Check all electrical connections including mother board & stopflap PCBs
Check stop flaps for operation and security (Motors 7 & 8)

Check telescope operation

Check cable carrier (energy chain) and associated pulleys
Check telescope arm drive sprockets, tension arm and chain tension
Check telescope upper/ lower belts and adjust as per manual
Check telescope gear rack and chain for damage, security and lubrication
Check telescope arm extension rail for damage, security and lubrication
Check telescope arm motors (Motors 2 & 4), couplings, Shear pins and fixings

Check and clean all photo/inductive sensors and reflectors

Check and clean both covers
Has Capacitor Modification been fitted

Check cables for security
Check electrical documents are present
Check service area lighting
Check door, Fortress lock and Interlock security

Lubrication
Telescope arm extension rail : KLUBERPLEX BEM 41-132 (Yellow grease)
Driving chain and gear rack on telescope arm telescope : TOPAS NB 52 (White grease)
