Ginger Honey Switchel Recipe (Haymaker's Punch)

Out of Kombucha and don't have the time to make it? This easy DIY Probiotic Drink with Ginger, Honey &
Cider Vinegar is so thirst quenching with a boost of electrolytes, probiotics and anti-inflammatory
properties.

Ingredients
2 Tbsp Apple cider vinegar (with mother)
2 Tsp Ginger ground OR 5cm piece of fresh ginger, peeled and minced finely
2 Tbsp Raw Honey OR 2-3 tsp of stevia extract powder
1/2 Small Pomelo / Grapefruit OR lime
4 Cups Water (filtered or distilled approx 950mls)

Instructions
1. Mix all ingredients in a large glass jar, cover and shake/stir well. Place in the refrigerator overnight
2. To serve, pour over ice or add cold sparkling or soda water for an extra fizz. 

Notes
Note: If you're using sparkling or soda water - only add half switchel water and half sparkling or soda
water when serving.
