BeWare clothing is an apparel fashion and clothing shop for women and men.

The owner of this

company was inspired by his mother’s small business. The mother of the owner used to make a fashion clothes
for a cheap price in their barangay, By helping his mother the owner of the company acquire the basic skills in
the early age. The company decided to name the business BeWare because they want to remind people that they
should be beautiful and be aware on what they’re going to wear. BeWear clothing is not an ordinary clothing
shop. The company offers apparel with a creative and trend designs made by the company’s designer; also they
offer a blank plain t-shirts and sweater for the costumer to design it personally.

Me and the other members of the company decides to launch the first branch of the Beware clothing in
SM city Bacoor located in Gen. Emilio Aguinaldo Highway, Tirona Hwy, Brgy San Lucas 1, Bacoor, 048941
Cavite. The mall itself is quite famous because of famous shops there, that’s the reason a large number of
people always coming there. We spend 10 thousand dollars to make a contract with the SM bacoor to rent a
place there. The place we rented has a space of 150 sq. meter. On the inside of the shop, the area will be painted
with dark colors and has a lightings inside so it will look trendy and to have a cool atmosphere. Also, inside of
the store trendy upbeat music will be played so the customer will feel a good vibe while picking clothes or
while doing their own design for their clothes. The room will be air conditioned so it will be more relaxing to
the costumers. Saleslady and salesmen will be wearing a BeWear brand clothes to show off the beauty of the
clothes. The shop will have a designing area with a shirt printing machine inside, so that will be the place where
the costumers will design their clothes. Also we will provide a soft lounge sofa made from the local materials so
the customer will sit there while waiting for their bought products. Outside of the shop will be painted colorful,
graffiti style so it will be more attractive to the eyes of the customers. Also in the top of the outside of the store
the BeWear word will be illustrated creatively, and a tagline will also put there “Be aware on what you wear”

The factory where the creations of clothes take place are located in Blk 5 Lot 18-30 Salinas ville 2
Bacoor Cavite. The cost for the factory is estimated at 1 million pesos and 500 thousand pesos was spend for
the equipments needed in making clothes. The factory has a 312 sq. meters space. Inside of the factory there are
20 sewing machines and 10 shirt printing machines. The factory will be air conditioned so the workers there
will feel a nice temperature while working.
 Description of the product

BeWear clothing will stand out and will be different to the other shop. BeWear clothing offers a quality
apparels made from a quality fabric. The clothes are guaranteed high quality because we are also the one who’s
making the clothes for BeWear cloting. The fabric we’ll going to use came from a Lolo Bertong’s Fabric store,
Lolo Bertong’s Fabic Store is a well know fabric store here in Cavite because of the good reviews of their
clients. Ordinary clothing shop let the customer to pick a clothes with designs, BeWear clothing also has a
feature like that, we will also let the costumer to choose a clothes that are creatively designed by the designer of
the company. BeWear clothing offer tees for men and women with a price range of Php. 199-299 depending on
the design, kind of fabric and the size. We will also offer a sandos for men with a price range of 150-249 php,
the shop will also have a jackets for both gender, the price of jackets will be depending on the size and the
fabric used, the price range is 500-900 pesos. Sweaters will also available for men and women, sweater’s price
ranges in Php. 299-599. Customers can also avail jeans for both men and women with a price range of Php 999-
2199. The BeWear clothing will also offer clothes for formal attire, there will be a different kinds and style of
dress for female that ranges in 2000-5000 pesos. For men’s formal attire tuxedo will be available with a price
range of 1500-6000 Php, but unlike the other clothing shop, BeWear clothing has a unique feature. This feature
let the customer to design their clothes personally this will only apply to the t-shirt and sweaters; they just need
to buy a BeWear blank plain shirt or sweater in any kind of colors with a price of 120 pesos per shirt and 180
pesos per sweater. After that the customer will pay a 50 pesos so the design they made will be printed on their
clothes.
