e s Airflow Length1 unit automatically returns to its previous settings.
When the voltage is higher or lower than the operable range, the air conditioning system switches itself off.
When the voltage is adjusted back to its original value, the system automatically starts operating again.
Note: 1. This value is based on an in-house simulation for the FTKM60 and 71 models. It is measured during cooling operation when using H-tap and Comfort Airflow Mode.
The actual distance which can be reached depends on the setting environment and operating conditions.

Notes: 1. Global warming potential values are based on the Fourth Assessment Report from the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC).
25 2. For pump-down operation, please follow the installation instructions or service manual. (Do not do it yourself without proper guidance.) 26
3. Please perform the pump-down cooling operation for five minutes for 2.5 and 3.5 kW models and 10 minutes for 5.0 kW or larger models.

The flaps and louvers swing in turn, expanding the comfort zone.
Wide-Angle Louvers
The Wide-Angle Louvers provide effective airflow coverage no matter where the indoor unit is placed in a
room. The louvers deliver cool and warm air right to the corners of any space. The FTKM and FTXV series
can be adjusted directly from the wireless remote controller. Other units can be set manually.
Vertical Auto-Swing (up and down)
Vertical Auto-Swing automatically moves the flap up and down to
reduce temperature fluctuations in a room. The flap shuts automati-
cally when the air conditioner is turned off.
