AFFIDAVIT OF CONSENT TO USE GARAGE

I, PENNY BOY FRANCISCO L. ABLEN JR., of legal age, Filipino, and

a resident of Lake Danao, Ormoc City, Leyte, Philippines, after having been
sworn to in a accordance with law hereby depose and say;

1. That I am one of the collateral relative and administrator of a

certain parcel of land registered under the name of the late FLORO
ABLEN covered by Tax Declaration No. 30314 situated at Lake
Danao, Ormoc City, Leyte, Philippines and the garage erected
thereon;

2. That MARLIE REDUBLA MONTESCLAROS is applying/renew his

franchise license at the Office of Land Transportation Franchising
and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) Tacloban City, Leyte;

3. That as a Collateral relative of the abovementioned lot and garage

erected thereon, I hereby signify my written consent, freely,
willingly and voluntarily to allow MARLIE REDUBLA
MONTESCLAROS to use the garage which is erected of the
abovementioned Lot;

4. That I am executing this affidavit to attest the truth and the

veracity of the foregoing statement free any form of vice of
consent, for whatever legal purpose it may serve best.
